Kazakhstan and Germany are set to establish a Regional Center for Sustainable Agriculture in Central Asia, following discussions at the 18th Global Forum for Food and Agriculture in Berlin. The center
will be located at the Kazakh Research Institute of Agriculture and Plant Growing and aims to consolidate efforts to improve agricultural productivity while addressing climate change challenges. The initiative, developed by the National Agrarian Scientific and Educational Center in cooperation with the Kazakhstan-German Agricultural Policy Dialogue, focuses on knowledge transfer, technology advancement, and sustainable farming practices. The center will also provide professional training and capacity building, with practical activities coordinated by the National Agrarian Scientific and Educational Center.
