What's Happening?
Photographer Director duo Corey and Emily Critser recently completed a challenging shoot for Phillips 66 in Las Vegas, where they faced a 108-degree heatwave. Despite the extreme conditions, the team,
along with Love Advertising, managed to capture both photography and B-roll video featuring four main talents and GUARDOL product shots. The intense desert sun posed significant challenges, requiring innovative solutions such as using a Yeti cooler to prevent laptops and hard drives from overheating. The shoot demonstrated the team's resilience and resourcefulness, resulting in a collection of striking visuals that met the campaign's high standards.
Why It's Important?
The successful completion of the Phillips 66 campaign under such harsh conditions highlights the adaptability and creativity required in the advertising industry. It underscores the importance of resourcefulness in overcoming environmental challenges, which can be crucial for maintaining the integrity of digital equipment and ensuring the quality of visual content.
