Eugenia (Gina) M. Kenney, aged 83, passed away on December 15, 2025. She was a resident of Inverness, Illinois, and is remembered as a beloved wife, mother, and grandmother. Gina was married to the late
Robert Kenney and later found love again with Dr. Walter Heinlein. She is survived by her children, Kathleen Stevens-Justice and R. Michael Kenney, and her grandchildren, Jack and Scott Stevens. Gina was also the sister of Janice Shipley and the late Richard Wawrzyniak. A visitation is scheduled for December 28, 2025, at Smith-Corcoran Funeral Home in Palatine, with a Mass to follow on December 29 at Holy Family Catholic Church in Inverness. Interment will take place at St. Michael Cemetery.
