Stella Carlis, a respected member of the Chicago community, has passed away. She was the beloved wife of the late Peter Carlis and a devoted mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. Stella was actively involved in community organizations, including
the Sellasia Educational Society and the Cephalonian Brotherhood. Her funeral services are scheduled to take place at St. George Greek Orthodox Church in Chicago, with interment at Elmwood Cemetery. The family has requested that memorial donations be made to the 13th District AHEPA Scholarship Foundation.
