What's Happening?
A forest fire broke out in a barranco in the Vall de Gallinera around midday, prompting a swift response from firefighting teams. The fire, located near the road that winds through the valley and close to the village of Benissili, was challenging to access
by land. Firefighters from Dénia and Sant Vicent, along with aerial support, managed to control the blaze quickly, preventing further spread. The operation involved a significant mobilization of resources, including 12 firefighters, two aerial units, and additional support from the Marina Baixa.
