Scenic Group has unveiled plans for its third ultra-luxury expedition yacht, Scenic Ikon, set to enter service in April 2028. The yacht will be larger than its predecessors, accommodating 270 passengers with 135 suites, each featuring private verandas.
Scenic Ikon will be equipped for polar and warm water destinations, featuring two Airbus helicopters, a custom-designed submersible, and various tenders. The ship will offer 15 dining venues and a two-level spa. Construction began with steel cutting in February and is on schedule for delivery at the end of 2027.
