Dr. Andrew Chan from the Mass General Brigham Cancer Institute, has previously developed imaging tools and identified early warning signs of gastric cancer. The trial will test a novel method using fluorescence-guided endoscopy to make early gastric tumors easier to identify during procedures. This initiative is part of a global effort involving institutions from the U.S., UK, and South Korea, and is supported by various foundations and technology from Lumicell, Inc.
