The Regional Integration and Diaspora Affairs (RIDU) Unit, part of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Foreign Trade, Foreign Investment and Diaspora Affairs, has announced a collaboration with Amerijet International to facilitate the shipment of Vincentian-made
products to New York. This initiative is part of the 'A Taste of Home Abroad' event, which aims to showcase authentic products from Saint Vincent and the Grenadines to the diaspora and the broader community. The products, sourced from six local businesses, were officially handed over to Amerijet International Saint Vincent and the Grenadines by Ms. Sharon Jones, the newly appointed Senior Advisor for Diaspora Affairs. The event is scheduled to take place on August 22, 2026, at Friends of Crown Heights in Brooklyn, New York.
