She dedicated 24 years of her career to Newark Wayne Hospital, where she was known for her clinical expertise and compassionate care. In retirement, she traveled extensively with her husband, Russell Harris, and engaged in knitting, creating cherished items for family and friends. Dr. Arseneau is survived by her husband, son, daughter-in-law, grandchildren, and extended family. A memorial service will be held on January 25, 2026, at Norman L. Waterman Funeral Home in Newark, NY.
