Bell will lead Bolton High School, where she previously served as vice principal. Julius Blackburn returns to his alma mater, Kirby High School, as Principal. Dr. Tonya Diggs takes over as Principal of Hillcrest High School, and Dr. Natasha Gossett will lead Georgian Hills Middle School.
