Buchalter has announced the addition of Jonathan Wilson as a shareholder in its corporate practice group in Atlanta. Wilson brings extensive experience in representing both start-ups and Fortune 100 companies. His expertise spans corporate finance, governance, securities, mergers and acquisitions, strategic alliances, product distribution, intellectual property, computer software, and litigation management. Wilson has previously served as the founding chair of the Internet Industry Committee of the American Bar Association and later established the Section’s Renewable Energy Committee. He has also held positions as general counsel or chief legal officer for two publicly-traded companies. Wilson joins Buchalter from Taylor Duma.
