Motek, a rapidly growing chain of Mediterranean cafes, is set to open its fourth location in Manhattan at 184 Bleecker Street in the West Village. The new venue, occupying 3,900 square feet, is scheduled

The new site was formerly home to Cafe Figaro, and the lease was brokered by KSR, led by Carolina Azia and Samuel Chera. Happy Corner Hospitality, the parent company, continues to attract crowds with its offerings of hummus, mezze, shawarma, kebabs, and steakhouse cuts.
