Mi Casa Resource Center, in collaboration with Julia Roncoroni, is assisting immigrant chefs in Colorado by providing them with necessary training and licensing to establish themselves as entrepreneurs.
Roncoroni, the author of 'Sazón & Liberation,' which includes recipes and personal stories from 17 immigrant chefs, is actively involved in this initiative. The program aims to empower these chefs by equipping them with the skills and certifications required to succeed in the culinary industry.
