What's Happening?
The Scottish Government has introduced a Mainstreaming Toolkit aimed at integrating equality and human rights into public sector operations. This initiative is part of a broader strategy that includes a new Equality and Human Rights Mainstreaming Strategy
and an Action Plan, fulfilling commitments from the 2023-24 Programme for Government. The Toolkit consolidates over 100 resources to aid public sector organizations in embedding these principles into policy development, programs, and practices.
