The framework includes 120 specialist firms, with 85% being SMEs, aimed at supporting public sector members in sourcing construction-related consultancy services. The framework offers regional and national coverage for projects of any scale, available to housing providers, local authorities, and various organizations. It encompasses core disciplines such as architecture, project management, and quantity surveying. The framework is designed to meet new regulatory requirements and includes new lots for 'Retrofit' and 'BSA Principal Designer Duties and Building Control'.
