Councilman Frank Torain has discussed the matter with Mayor Kate Wdowiasz, who is awaiting financial figures to proceed. Additionally, Deputy Department of Public Works Director Mike Przybycien highlighted the need for a new air conditioner in one of the units, emphasizing that the spaces were originally designed for gift shops rather than restaurants.
