Elyse Reneau, Head of Global Make-up at Too Faced, describes tubing mascara as a reliable and easy-to-remove alternative to traditional mascaras, eliminating the issue of 'panda eyes.' Too Faced recently launched Ribbon Wrap Lash Mascara, which promises 24-hour lash volume without smudging, clumping, or flaking.
