The Ascott Limited has launched a Disability Inclusion Playbook for the accommodation sector, aiming to set a new benchmark for inclusive hospitality. Developed in partnership with disability inclusion
specialists and supported by SG Enable, the playbook provides a framework for hospitality operators to embrace disability inclusion across five key pillars: Inclusive Training, Spaces, Hiring, Digital Interfaces, and Programmes. The initiative includes commitments such as standardized accessibility profiles for properties, disability awareness training for staff, and reporting on the hiring of persons with disabilities.
