The Commonwealth Bank of Australia (CBA) has developed Lumos, an AI-driven accelerator designed to streamline the migration of applications to the cloud. Lumos utilizes a multi-agent workflow to automate various steps in the migration process, enabling the bank to move 20 to 30 applications per quarter. This initiative is part of CBA's efforts to modernize its application infrastructure and increase the efficiency of cloud migrations. The project was developed in collaboration with AWS's professional services arm, ProServe, and aims to make the AWS migration framework more relevant to CBA's needs.
