Scenic Group has announced plans for its third ultra-luxury expedition yacht, named Scenic Ikon, which is set to join the Scenic Discover Yacht fleet. The construction of the vessel is underway, with delivery expected by the end of 2027 and service beginning
in April 2028. Scenic Ikon will be larger than its predecessors, featuring 135 suites with private verandas and accommodating 270 passengers. The yacht is designed for both polar regions and warm water destinations, equipped with advanced features such as two Airbus helicopters, a custom-designed Triton AVA submersible, and Zodiacs. The maiden voyage will start from Venice, Italy, and include destinations like Antarctica and the Chilean Fjords.
