Rebecca Woodcock has been named the new principal of Spencer Borden Elementary School in Fall River, Massachusetts. With over 27 years of experience in public education, Woodcock returns to the district where she previously taught at John J. Doran Community
School and Frank M. Silvia Elementary School. Her recent role was as assistant principal at North Elementary School in Somerset.
