What's Happening?
A poetry anthology titled 'Words on a NE Street' has successfully raised over £4,200 for local charities in north-east England. Compiled by Andrew Mears, the anthology features contributions from 100 writers
and has sold more than 500 copies since its release in July. The funds are being distributed to organizations such as Newcastle Helping Street Friends, Emmaus North East, and Heart (NE) C.I.C., which provide support and accommodation for individuals who have experienced homelessness and social exclusion.
