Torbay Council has initiated essential repair works at the Fleet Walk shopping centre in Torquay. The project aims to improve access for visitors by repairing lifts and escalators that connect the car

The next phase, starting in March, will address repairs to a lift towards the harbour end of Fleet Walk.
