Telxius, a global connectivity provider, has launched a new point of presence (PoP) at the NAP Caribe data centre in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic. This expansion aims to enhance network and transport services, interconnection, and security for customers
in the region. The new PoP is integrated with Telxius' extensive global network, which includes over 100,000 km of subsea and terrestrial fiber. This development supports the Dominican Republic's growing digital population and internet economy, reinforcing its role as a strategic connectivity hub in the Caribbean.
