as CFO at Hunton Andrews Kurth LLP, brings extensive experience in financial and operational leadership from various international law firms and major corporations. The merger, set to take place on January 1, 2026, will create a firm with approximately 800 lawyers across 25 offices nationwide. Srinivasan is expected to play a pivotal role in advancing the firm's strategic, operational, and growth initiatives.
