The United Nations World Tourism Organization (UN Tourism) has introduced a new digital course for the hospitality sector, delivered entirely via WhatsApp. This initiative, launched in partnership with Fundación Mahou San Miguel, aims to enhance skills

The course is designed for hospitality professionals, employees, and entrepreneurs, offering a flexible learning experience that is accessible to those with limited time. Initially available in Spain, the course is fully subsidized for 2,000 participants, with plans to expand access further.
