Florence Budz, a former resident of Chicago, Illinois, passed away on December 31, 2025, at the age of 89. She died at Franciscan Village in Lemont, Illinois. Florence is survived by her sister, Maryann
Petraitis, and her children, Timothy, Maryann, Joseph, and Kenneth, along with ten grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband of 51 years, Eugene Budz, and her siblings Josephine Biel, Steve Matusik, and Frank Matusik. The family has requested that donations be made in her memory to the Servants of the Lord, Provincial House in Washington, D.C.
