Proper Hospitality has announced the development of Dallas Proper Hotel and Residences, a new luxury destination in Uptown Dallas. The 34-story tower, developed in collaboration with Lincoln Property Company, is scheduled to open in 2029. The project
is situated on a four-acre site at 2500 Cedar Springs Road and is expected to redefine luxury hospitality in the region. The development will feature world-class architecture by Skidmore, Owings & Merrill and interiors by Kelly Wearstler, combining soulful elegance with material richness. The Dallas Proper Hotel will offer approximately 200 guestrooms and suites, multiple dining options, and extensive event spaces. Additionally, the upper floors will house Dallas Proper Residences, offering 80 branded homes with exclusive amenities such as a private rooftop pool and access to the Proper Club and Wellness Center.
