life was marked by unwavering loyalty to her friends and family, and she touched many lives through her work as a nurse and her involvement in various community activities. Loretta is survived by her partner of 47 years, Otto Franklin, her children, grandchildren, and siblings. She was preceded in death by her parents, Joan and Bernard Ward, and other family members. Loretta enjoyed sewing, needlework, and spending time with her family, among other hobbies. Her family expressed gratitude to the nursing staff at Good Samaritan Hospital and The Little Sisters of the Poor for their care.
