EagleStores, under its parent company R&R Takhar Oil Co., has unveiled plans for a new corporate headquarters in Dayton, Ohio, marking a significant milestone in its nearly 30-year history. The new campus
is set to open in 2026 and will be developed in two phases. The first phase includes the activation of a Shell-branded retail facility and a trucking facility, scheduled for March. The second phase will see the opening of the headquarters later in 2026, consolidating 65 to 70 employees from various departments. This expansion reflects the company's ongoing growth strategy, which includes acquiring, building, and leasing sites across multiple states. The headquarters will feature a new EagleStores convenience store, a corporate office, and a facility for R&R Takhar Transport, integrating retail operations with management and logistics teams.
