Power Metallic Mines has engaged SGS Canada to conduct metallurgical studies on samples from the Lion deposit within its Nisk Project in Québec, Canada. The studies will focus on flotation metallurgical testing,
with compositing and flotation analyses taking place in Québec City, followed by environmental testing at Lakefield. The tests are expected to take 14 weeks, with results anticipated by January 2026. The Lion deposit features two zones of mineralization, with the high-grade zone containing significant copper sulphide mineralization. Power Metallic has compiled drill core reject material from the deposit, representing mineralization across strike and down plunge, to be used in the study.
