District. The financing was secured through JP Morgan and Sculptor, with JLL representing the borrower, Y-Tech. The project, designed by Antonio Citterio of ACPV Architects and Arquitectonica, will feature 195 exclusive homes and is notable for its sustainability features, including a solar backbone with over 500 photovoltaic-integrated glass panels. The development is already 57% presold and is expected to be completed by the fourth quarter of 2028.
