Nobu Hospitality has announced the launch of a new hotel, restaurant, and exclusive private island residences in the Maldives. This development, located in the Laamu Atoll on the private island of Munyafushi, marks Nobu's first venture into the Maldives. The
project is a collaboration with Sarat International and will feature 26 beach villas and 30 overwater villas, each designed with Nobu's signature style. Additionally, the development will include 10 ultra-limited Nobu Island Estate Residences, offering private island ownership with access to Nobu's renowned hospitality and amenities. The resort will also house a Nobu restaurant, a full-service spa, fitness facilities, a diving center, and more, all inspired by Nobu's Japanese heritage.
