Idaho Governor Brad Little has officially appointed Jake Reynolds as the permanent Director of the Idaho Office of Information Technology Services (OITS) and state Chief Information Officer (CIO). Reynolds had been serving in an interim capacity as OITS administrator
and CIO since July. His predecessor, Alberto Gonzalez, transitioned to become the director of the Idaho Transportation Department. Before his interim role at OITS, Reynolds spent over eight years as the business development and operations manager at the Idaho Department of Commerce, where he worked for a total of 13 years.
