Liana Bailey-Crimmins, who recently retired as California's Chief Information Officer (CIO), has joined the Center for Digital Government as a senior fellow. This announcement was made during the California Public

Bailey-Crimmins concluded her public service career on April 6, after nearly four decades, including her role as the director of the California Department of Technology since 2022. Her career began in 1987 as a student assistant with the Department of Water Resources.
