Internationally renowned artist Bruce Munro has unveiled a new light installation, the Fibre Optic Symphonic Orchestra (FOSO), in the Mildura and Wentworth region of Australia. This immersive experience combines light, sound, and landscape, positioning
the region as a cultural destination. The installation, set against the Perry Sandhills, features 80 illuminated Hills Hoists representing a luminous symphony. Accompanied by an original score from Emmy Award-winning composer Nainita Desai, the installation offers a sensory journey where art and nature converge. The project aims to attract both intrastate and interstate visitors, enhancing local tourism and supporting regional businesses.
