in the Renaissance Revival Style and listed on the National Register of Historic Places, had been closed since 2016. The renovation involved a collaborative team including IMEG Corp for civil, mechanical, electrical, and fire protection design, Perfido Weiskopf Wagstaf + Goettel as architects, Russell as construction manager, and KPFF Consulting Engineers for structural engineering.
