the award for their exceptional craftsmanship in leadwork on the historic Tholsel building's clock tower. The restoration was completed in 2024, with the Tholsel serving as a municipal authority center since 1770. Louth County Council engaged James Oliver Hearty & Sons Ltd for roof restoration, with M&I Lead Contractors Ltd as a subcontractor. The project was one of three shortlisted entries from Ireland and the UK.
