Mayor Richard Parker has launched the West Midlands Major Investments Prospectus, presenting over £19 billion in opportunities to drive growth, jobs, and homes across the region. The Prospectus highlights
major projects such as the £4 billion Sports Quarter, Sandwell – Dudley Metro Corridor, and key Investment Zone sites in Coventry & Warwick, Wolverhampton, and Birmingham. The initiative aims to grow the region's economy by £17 billion over the next decade, creating 100,000 new jobs and 120,000 new homes. The Prospectus will be showcased at the Regional Investment Summit in Birmingham, co-hosted by Chancellor Rachel Reeves and Secretary of State for Business and Trade Peter Kyle.
