According to Salesforce, Ace has handled approximately 100,000 routine traveler conversations monthly since its launch during the summer travel surge this year. The AI agent has successfully resolved 96% of inquiries without requiring human intervention and has reduced the cost of consumer interactions by over 90% while maintaining service quality. For more complex questions, Ace hands off inquiries to a live TSA agent, accompanied by an AI-generated case summary.
