Nicole Lynn Allenbaugh, a 32-year-old resident of Piqua, Ohio, passed away on December 4, 2025, at Kettering Health Center after a prolonged battle with cancer. Born on April 28, 1993, in Greenville, Ohio, Nicole was
the daughter of Michael T. and Connie A. Apple. She graduated from Covington High School and the Upper Valley JVS in 2012, where she studied Environmental Occupations. Nicole spent her early years working on her family's dairy farm, which instilled in her a strong work ethic and a love for nature. She later worked at the Miami County Park District and Home Depot before finding her place at A.M. Leonard, where she worked for ten years. Nicole married Eric Allenbaugh on June 14, 2014, and together they had two children, Madeline and Mitchell. Nicole was known for her love of nature, her dedication to her family, and her quiet strength.

Nicole Allenbaugh's passing is a significant loss to her family, friends, and community. What's Next?
A service to honor Nicole's life is scheduled for December 10, 2025, at the Jamieson & Yannucci Funeral Home, with burial to follow at Forest Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be held on December 9, 2025. In lieu of flowers, the family has requested memorial contributions to be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, Lockington New Beginnings Church, or Ohio’s Hospice of Miami County. These contributions reflect Nicole's values and her family's desire to support causes that were meaningful to her. The community is expected to come together to support the Allenbaugh family during this difficult time.
