What's Happening?
South Korea is set to enhance its F-15K Slam Eagle fighter jets with the Eagle Passive Active Warning Survivability System (EPAWSS), developed by BAE Systems. This advanced electronic warfare system provides 360-degree threat detection and countermeasures,
allowing the aircraft to operate effectively in hostile environments. The system is already in production for the U.S. Air Force's F-15 fleet and will now be integrated into South Korea's 59 F-15K jets.
