AZ Real Estate has introduced a new hybrid estate agency platform, AZ Alliance, targeting the self-employed agency sector in the UK. The platform aims to provide experienced agents with the necessary tools, brand, and support to operate independently while benefiting from the backing of an established firm. The initiative offers two models: Build, for agents with at least one year of experience, and Elevate, for those with three or more years. The platform's first signing, an agent from JLL, is expected to be announced soon.
