The joint venture builds on a previous partnership between the two companies and seeks to create a national ecosystem for innovation, development, and commercialization of autonomous mobility solutions. Space42's Sovereign Mobility Cloud, which utilizes Microsoft Azure for AI-enabled infrastructure, is central to these efforts. The MoU was announced at the GITEX Global 2025 event in Dubai.
