What's Happening?
The Department of Homeland Security's Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Agency (CISA) has awarded a $500 million blanket purchase agreement (BPA) for digital transformation support services. The agreement, which spans five years, was awarded to four companies: AttainX, Electrosoft, SiloSmashers, and a joint venture between Softek and FEDITC called SOFITC3. These companies will compete for task orders to assist CISA in enhancing its enterprise IT governance and delivery posture. The BPA aims to establish a baseline for service delivery to CISA components, adopt new methods for rapid technology testing and evaluation, and implement enterprise IT management practices. The competition for this BPA was reserved for woman-owned small businesses, and a total of 37 bids were received.
