She dedicated her career to education, teaching at the Evanston Township High School computer lab. Jane cherished her summer trips to Southern France with her husband, Gene, where they enjoyed the local culture and cuisine. She is survived by her husband of 58 years, Eugene Ring, her children Marcy Ring Fein and Dan Ring, and her grandchildren. A memorial service is scheduled for February 2, 2026, at Weinstein & Piser Funeral Home in Wilmette, Illinois.
