communications for Chanel in the US, including beauty and fashion. She will join Chanel's US management committee and report to Chanel US president Stéphane Blanchard. Welch's appointment follows her previous roles at The Honest Company and Hourglass Cosmetics, bringing extensive experience in beauty marketing to Chanel.
