Ameresco and City of Olympia Begin $17 Million Retrofit Project at Olympia Armory

Additionally, a 150-kW solar photovoltaic system and a 125-kW battery energy storage system will be installed to support on-site energy generation. The project is expected to take 18 months to complete and is being delivered through an Energy Savings Performance Contract with Ameresco.
