three cases of permanent vision loss. The affected products include approximately 5.8 million Stainless King Food Jars and 2.3 million Sportsman Food & Beverage Bottles. These items, sold at major retailers like Target, Walmart, and Amazon, were manufactured before July 2023. Thermos has received 27 reports of injuries related to this issue. Consumers are advised to stop using the recalled products and contact Thermos for a remedy, which involves sending a photo of the disposed stopper or returning the bottle for a replacement.
