Defence Minister Rajnath Singh and Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav are set to inaugurate the Advanced Agriculture Festival, also known as Unnat Krishi Mahotsav, at the Dussehra Ground in Raisen, Madhya Pradesh. The event, organized by Union
Agriculture and Farmers’ Welfare Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan, will run from April 11 to April 13, 2026. This three-day festival aims to provide comprehensive solutions for farmers, from 'Lab to Field' and 'Seed to Market'. It will feature modern farming technologies, training programs, live demonstrations, and market linkages. The event is expected to draw thousands of farmers from Madhya Pradesh and neighboring states, offering them insights to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and improve market access. The festival will include around 300 stalls showcasing advanced seeds, drones, micro-irrigation systems, and more. Union Minister for Road Transport and Highways Nitin Gadkari will attend the valedictory session, where a comprehensive agricultural roadmap for the region will be released.
